Our Services

English Language Instructions (LINC)

The English language training program is delivered at two MCS locations

French Language Training (CLIC)

Care for Newcomer Children (CNC)

The CNC program is organized into four age groups: infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Family Support Services

MCS helps women and children who have been exposed to domestic violence and abuse.

Seniors Services

MCS offers seniors opportunities for activity engagement and participation.

Our History

Since our founding in 1987, Muslim Community Services (MCS) has been a beacon of support and empowerment for newcomers to Canada. Guided by a team of passionate and diverse professionals, we have dedicated ourselves to fostering meaningful community connections and empowering newcomers to thrive in their new homes. Our start was humble with a handful of employees, passionate about helping the community. Back then, MyCommunity Services was known as Muslim Community Services, but the name has changed over the years to reflect our services more accurately. Our programs grew in capacity and impact year by year. Today, MCS as a non-profit organization provides services across multiple locations in the Region of Peel and Brampton, serving more than 8000 clients a year.

A good place for learning English, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the teachers have great communication skills for teaching English. This school is really good for newcomers who wants to learn English and to adapt them with Canadian culture. Through the learning process you will improve your English, but they also will teach you some topic that are connected with the test that you need to do to get Canadian Citizenship.You will learn topic like History,Geography,Climate and other topic that you are intrested to learn. They also have a childcare in this school so for all peoples who have children they can bring their children in this school. People are very friendly and the staff is very responsible. Moreover, the best thing about this center is that you don't need to pay anything to learn English in this school. All the Services in this school are for free.

I arrived in Canada two years ago, with my children already settled here, shaping my vision of the future in this country. Last April, I started on a journey to relearn English at Link School. Throughout this transformative period, I've not only acquired the skills of reading, writing, listening, and thinking in English but also overcame my fear of speaking a foreign language. Posting on behalf of my husband who is a Senior Field Tech/National Tech Support. This is a constantly growing outstanding company to work for with great growth potential for those who seek it. My husband has been with MCS for 13 years now and loves his job. They offer fantastic benefits for employees, paid training, paid equipment, paid on call, and many other bonus benefits. Management are business minded (as they should be) and recognize and reward hard working employees for thier efforts. They are a family oriented company and work with you.
